1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the go2cuci website accessible at go2cuci.onl, including all services, applications and interfaces provided.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers or uses go2cuci's services.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by go2cuci are subject to the specific conditions set for each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: go2cuci offers a 100% first deposit bonus up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM100 yields a RM100 bonus and an account balance of RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• VIP Cashback: Players in the go2cuci VIP programme are eligible for weekly cashback — Bronze tier up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on gaming activity and credited weekly.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players and cannot be cashed out directly without meeting the wagering requirement.
• go2cuci reserves the right to change, withdraw or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account termination.
• Only one account is eligible to receive each bonus — using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud.

6. Game Rules

Use of all games on the go2cuci platform is subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes are final and determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, or in the case of live games, by a real dealer in a live studio.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, go2cuci reserves the right to void or continue the round depending on the circumstances and system records.

• Use of multiple accounts by the same user.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.

• The player chooses to close their own account through the self-exclusion feature.

When an account is terminated for valid reasons, any remaining funds will be returned to the player once the investigation is complete, unless the funds are linked to fraudulent activity.

8. go2cuci Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• go2cuci is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control.
